Your data, protected
Your scopes hold your clients’ details and your pricing. Here’s where that data lives and how we protect it.
Stored in Microsoft Azure
Each customer’s data lives in its own isolated database schema in the US region. Integration credentials are kept separately in Azure Key Vault.
Never used for training
ScopeAssistant uses Anthropic’s Claude through its commercial API, which doesn’t train on customer data. Neither do we. Your proposals stay in your tenant.
Encrypted everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Client proposals go out as secure, expiring links, not attachments.
Your identity controls apply
Your team signs in with Microsoft 365, so your existing MFA and conditional access policies carry over.
Deleted when you leave
If you cancel, your data is permanently deleted after 90 days. Want it gone sooner? Just ask.
